1.Weekly inspection (operated by the user)

 
The following security checks must be performed weekly or before each shipment (whichever occurs first):      a Check the tire pressure and adjust to the tire manufacturer's recommended level;      b Check the tightness of the tire screws;      c Check the brake system for air leaks and test whether it can brake;      d Check the tightness of all nuts and screws and bolts hanging;      e Check the brake connection of the tractor and semi-trailer;      f draining the air reservoir and the air chamber with air suspension;      g check all luminaires;      h check and ensure that the legs are working properly;

2.Monthly inspection (operated by the user)

    a Check the tightness of all suspension components (based on the torque data provided);

    b Check if the leaf spring reed is broken;

    c Check all brake system joints, hoses for damage, and hose clamps for missing;

    d Check the proper operation of the relay valve and other valves;

    e Check the wear of the tension bar bushing;

    f Check the brake drum for cracks or abnormal wear;

    g Check if the lubricating oil of the axle will leak;

    h Inspect all fasteners, focusing on fasteners used on legs, tires, axles, etc. (in any case, nuts, screws and other fasteners should be tightened to the recommended torque parameters);

    i Check the wear of the tractor pin;

    j Check if the brakes are normal;

    k Lubricate the legs and the traction plate/traction pin; l Mildly lubricate the brake camshaft, slack adjuster;

   m Check whether the joint between the side wall panel, the door panel and the top panel is open;

  n Replace worn parts with manufactured or approved parts.

3.Annual maintenance

 
After 6 months from the start of the vehicle, a full inspection is carried out every 12 months to ensure the vehicle's performance (including maintenance at the 6th month). The scope of inspection is the same as the monthly inspection described above, and the following terms are added:

       a Remove the brake drum and thoroughly inspect the brake shoe for no additional or unfair wear;

       b Check the brake shoe return spring, brake bushing, camshaft bushing, brake shoe roller, etc. for damage;

       c Check the bearing and axle joint parts;

       d Thoroughly inspect the structure of the vehicle and report immediately if there is a problem;

       e Replace all worn or damaged parts with replacement parts recommended by the company.

      In order to safely drive and extend the service life of the semi-trailer, it is necessary to replenish grease to each lubrication part regularly. Pay attention to the following when replenishing grease:

       a Fueling device and oiling cup should be cleaned first.

       b When the oil cup cannot be filled with grease, check the cause and replace it if it is damaged.
